About agile and startups using OBT - this is a very dangerous approach. I’ve seen a lot of scale-ups that are struggling with this decision when they were start up and they have to split this OBT.
This produces high complexity for future developers, so in this case I would go for more careful planning, thinking even on a start-up phase.
